Lunch does not have to be complicated. People often think that lunch has to be a well-put-together meal. The truth is lunch can be a “big snack”. 

But we’re not talking about snack food like crackers, chips cookies, cereal, granola bar.

Think of lunch as a big snack. All you need is 3 main components: vegetables, unprocessed protein, and unprocessed carb. 

The vegetables should be the biggest portion, then protein and carb should be the smallest portion.

Unprocessed Protein Choices: 

  • Organic Beef jerky
  • Organic deli slices
  • Grilled Chicken
  • Grilled steak

Unprocessed Carb choices: 

  • Fresh fruit
  • Dried fruit
  • Organic Potato chips
  • Potato salad

  • Turkey Bacon Veggies Wraps – wrap strips of bacon and veggie sticks inside turkey slices
  • Chicken pieces + grapes
  • Potatoes avocado salad
  • Chicken Greek Salad (Grilled Chicken + cucumbers + tomatoes + Kalamata olives)
  • Unprocessed turkey slices with sliced jicama
  • Lettuce wraps with avocado and unprocessed turkey
  • Cantaloupe slices wrapped in Prosciutto
  • Chicken salad (cubed chicken with mashed avocado) in a lettuce wrap
  • Sliced grapes and cubed chicken with mashed avocado
