  • 3 ripe bananas, divided
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ¼ ripe avocado
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • Flax seeds, for topping
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut, for topping
  • Fresh raspberries, for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place two bananas, frozen mango, avocado, spinach, and coconut milk in a blender and process on high speed for about one minute, until creamy and smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie evenly among two bowls. Top each with shredded coconut, flax seeds, fresh raspberries, and slices of the remaining banana.
