Apple Cinnamon Tenderloin

Slow Cooker Apple Cinnamon Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 4 apples (sliced)
  • 6 carrot (sliced into rounds)
  • 2 yellow onion (diced)
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cut slits into the pork tenderloin about 3/4 of the way through.
  2. Wedge half of the apples slices into the slits.
  3. Add remaing apples, carrots and onion to the bottom of the slow cooker. Lay the pork tenderloin on top.
  4. Drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon over everything.
  5. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  6. Remove pork and vegetables from the slow cooker and serve.
  7. Enjoy!
