We get asked every day about the products we use and the resources we recommend.
These are supplements that my daughter and I have tried and some we continue to use now to help with focus and concentration for studying, and reduce anxiety and stabilize mood.
We only link to products we personally believe can help you reach your goal faster without spending hours doing the research on your own!
That’s why we believe this page will be very helpful for you, looking for solutions that you can trust. I know you’ve already spent many hours searching until you found us here, so why waste more time.
We DO get a small commission from some products you see here, at no extra cost to you. Please message me if you would like recommendations for any other products or services.
xoxo,
Anna

Multivitamin for Kids with ADHD
I choose only multivitamin that contains both iron and zinc as most multivitamin does not contain iron. I also prefer multivitamin that does not contain artificial preservatives and colorings.
The Best Fish Oil Supplements for Kids with ADHD
This list of fish oil supplements is specifically chosen for the high omega-3 fatty acid content in the smaller amount of liquid possible. Many multivitamin or supplement claims to have “omega-3 fatty acids”, but the number of gummies or tablets to take to get the beneficial amount is ridiculous. Can you imagine taking 20 omega-3 gummies a day to get the recommended 500mg DHA? I don’t think so.
I recommend collagen protein over plant protein, because collagen (aka gelatin) is the primary structural protein that make up the connective tissues, such as skin, intestinal lining and bone cartilage. Collagen makes up about a third of all the protein in the human body. Collagen is also a lot easier to digest and gentler on the human intestines than plant protein.
